I began at R & R Catering in High
School as a waitress in our original restaurant, Poncho’s Tex Mex. I had the immense opportunity to watch a
company grow from a tiny 1100 square foot restaurant into the one of the area’s
largest catering companies. As I was
here from the beginning, my growth paralleled the companies in that we both
started from ground zero and had to build slowly and steadily. This allowed me the invaluable opportunity to
learn each and every aspect of our business.
While it is well known that the food service industry is one of the most
difficult environment to work it has been the most rewarding to my personal
growth. I enjoy working for others and
ensuring the smooth daily operations of our company. I love having control of the center core of
the success of our Team.
