Meet Lindsay Portell, Event Designer

Starting in the field seven years ago at just fifteen years of age, my initial intent was to simply put a few bucks in my pocket. Within a mere two year stretch, I was given the unique opportunity to implement events from the ground up as an Event Supervisor. I found myself fascinated by all of the different aspects that came together to create countless memorable and breathtakingly beautiful events. There are very few opportunities in the professional world that afford you to have complete ownership and the empowerment to make something happen from beginning to end.
I am a very fortunate example of falling into a great opportunity and seizing the moment. I have since graduated to an Event Designer and am learning so much from my mentors while I too now have a palate to express my design talents. I am looking forward to a long career in the Event Industry and know that my distinctive experiences will bring more success to each event I design. My experience and devotion has given me the opportunity to master every facet of the catering business allowing me to logically plan and execute an event to make a vision reality.
