My professional career started in the Operations Center of the Department of State. I was then transferred to the West wing of the White House where I participated in several advance teams with the President to include U.N.G.A. and the San Antonio Drug Summit. Upon learning of the opportunity with a local restaurant and catering company, I made the purposeful decis to leave my Government position and follow my teenage dreams of owning a food service operation.
As an entrepreneur, I love to be hands-on. I am devoted to actively participate in the foundations of our company and refuse to sit on the sidelines. There is nothing more gratifying than achieving my goals, defying the odds or exceeding my own expectations. I find every day challenges irresistible and passiveness intolerable. The challenges of the Industry are never ending and possibilities limitless. I am ready for my next journey!
