Eleven years ago, I started my journey in the Events Field with R & R Catering. What started as a part-time job while I raised my children, quickly set in as my passion. The best thing that ever happened to me in learning this field is that I started where the real work begins, in the Field. The pure art of having to have everything that you need to launch a successful event on the back of your truck is an exhilarating challenge. The talent that my earlier work created has contributed to my strongest attribute, attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoy making sure that every possible scenario of an event is flawless. I enjoy being involved with food presentation, creativity and, in general making the client experiences "not the norm." For me it has to be better than expected and I love seeing the satisfaction of my clients as I go the extra mile every day.
