Meet Laura Ritchie
I am a native Great Falls & McLean , VA and have lived in this area my whole life. I attended Radford University and got a degree in Fashion and Marketing. During my time there, I realized that I loved planning events! With almost 5 years of experience under my belt now, starting out in hotel sales and catering, I have found my true calling in off-premise catering with R&R. I even had R&R Catering do my own personal wedding at Rose Hill Manor in Leesburg, VA in October 2006!

I love working with clients to develop their own personalized menus, develop their theme, and work within their budgets. I also enjoy being available for my clients to contact my anytime for questions, concerns or brainstorming. Having a background in fashion allows me to be extremely creative and fun; this makes the process in creating an event a truly great experience. I look forward to working with you!
